Description of the Course:  Distribution-free tests First methods course introducing basic concepts in probability and statistical inference, including random variables, probability distributions, central limit theorem, interval estimation and hypothesis testing focused on one-sample and two-sample inference. Topics to be covered in the textbook range from Chapter 1 to Chapter 9.  Supplemental materials are available at http://www.prenhall.com/mcclave/.
