Research Interests

Dr. Wooten received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Memphis. His research interests include traditional areas of industrial/organizational psychology such as job analysis, selection and performance appraisal, as well as racial and ethnic identity issues and cultural diversity. His teaching responsibilities include industrial psychology, organizational psychology, research methods, statistics, psychological measurement and various graduate seminars in job analysis.
