The Wellness Research Center at the University of Central Florida is available to full-time faculty and staff, which includes Administrative and Professional (A&P), University Support Personnel Services (USPS), and Post-Doctorate Associate (PDA) employees.
Please bring your UCF ID the first time you visit the facility. You will not need your ID on subsequent visits, but will need to log in and out each time you work out. Also before you can begin using the WRC, you will need to complete the Health Questionnaire and you may be required to submit a Physician's Approval.
* At this time, OPS employees are not able to use the facility but may purchase a membership at the UCF Recreation & Wellness Center.
