Hello! I am Vaidyanathan Krishnan, a graduate student pursuing my doctorate in Mechanical Engineering
at the University of Central Florida, under the guidance of Dr. Jay
Kapat. I received my bachelors degree from Sardar Vallabhbhai Regional College of Engineering,
Surat and master's at the University of Central Florida. My home town is
Chennai, the capital of Tamilnadu, India.
My research interests lie in the field of gas turbine heat transfer and aerodynamics, transition to turbulence and flow acoustics. I also like teaching
and constantly think of easy ways of explaining the things I seemingly understand!. Apart from my academic pursuits, I enjoy playing tennis, badminton
and soccer.
