Special Interests

I have been interested in everything at least once. I love really good movies and television shows. Good poetry calms me down after a hard day, and I read comic books to take a break from all of the serious stuff I read in school. When I walk into a bookstore, I am just as likely to head for the Young Adult section as for the Fiction and Literature one. I love to cook and bake (and I usually have banana bread sitting on my counter.) Occasionally, I head over to Disney with my friends and act like a five-year-old.

Cordi on Writing

It is very difficult to write about a topic which you do not find interesting. Thus, one of the steps to me in writing a great paper is to find a way to make the topic interesting and new.

It is also important to remember that everyone writes differently. Some need to have a firm outline going into the paper, some just sit down and write it all out in one sitting. Whichever method fits the writer should be the one used, and if you don't know which one that is yet, don't worry. That is what all of these classes are for.
