| My expectation was to get help! My writing consultant has pointed out a lot of details that I missed in my own proofreading. Also my writing consultant has exceeded my expectations in that they are familiar with my area of research and have helped me with readability. |

| Do you have any advice for future UWC visitors? How would you suggest that they use the UWC to their best advantage? |
| Bring two copies of paper -- one for consultant and one for writer to mark comments on. Also come to the Writing Center sooner. Do not wait until the end of the semester or paper due date. |
