As a member of this organization, each member acknowledges that in partaking in this sport he/she risks serious injury or even death. There is also a large risk of property damage As a result of these inherent risks, no member may hold responsible the University of Central Florida or any of its staff or faculty, Skateboard Club at UCF, any of its members, as well as affiliates of the club, in connection with club sponsored activities, for any damages, injuries or deaths.
