REACHING FOR EQUALITY, AWARENESS, AND DISCOVERY THROUGH BOOKS
UCF R.E.A.D.S. is a service organization dedicated to the promotion of children and adult literacy through education and community involvement/awareness. UCF R.E.A.D.S. strives to promote equality, awareness, and discovery among those illiterate and alli terate regardless of sex, race or socioeconomic status.

 UCF R.E.A.D.S. aims to further professionally develop University students and paraprofessionals through a regular dissemination of information regarding worldwide literacy concerns. Through representation of our organization and the University of Central Florida at professional conferences, both national and worldwide, these goals are achieved.

 It is the belief of UCF R.E.A.D.S. that literacy is a life-long learning process that must be continually fostered.
