Welcome to the Four Weekly Mathematics Problem Contests sponsored by the University of Central Florida's Mathematics Education Program and The Casio Classroom.


Contest Rules

Submitted solutions for any problem must contain the following information:

  • The Problem Title
  • First and Last Name
  • School Name
  • Grade Level
  • Location of school (city, state, or country if outside the USA)

    Students from the appropriate grade level supplying correct solutions will have their name, school, and location displayed on that contest's site.

    One Prize will be awarded weekly for each problem contest. Each winner will be selected randomly from the pool of students who solve the problem correctly.

    High School Challenge

    Problem of the Week
    This problem is designed for students in grades 9 - 12. Weekly prize is the Casio CFX-9850G Color Graphing Calculator This problem is designed for anyone that is looking for a challenge. Weekly prize is the Casio fx-280 Solar Scientific Calculator

    Solutions may be submitted for past problems. Name, school, and location will only be added to the current or one week old problems.
