Go Fish

Suppose you are fishing on a circular lake. You are located two-thirds of the way from the center toward the shore. Another person who is fishing is located directly across the center from you (on the same diameter) and is also located two-thirds of the way from the center toward the shore. Both of your positions are fixed and do not change during this problem. Assuming any fish would go for the closest lure, each of you has command of half of the lake as you are situated. A third person shows up and wants to fish. Is it possible for the newcomer to set up on the lake so all three command exactly one-third of the lake?
Explain your answer.
