The Central Florida ESE Service Area Partnership is designed to increase the number of appropriately qualified teachers for students with disabilities through enhanced regional capabilities for personnel planning, preparation, continuing education, recruitment, and retention.

Qualified, effective teachers and other personnel for students with disabilities will be available through the involvement of critical stakeholders in identifying needs, developing plans, establishing priorities, and channeling resources.
