    February 3, 2005

Ok, so it's been almost two years since I've added any updates here. I've been slacking a bit. Anyway, Mery asked me why I hadn't made any updates here recently and that motivated me to start things up again. So, here's a quick run-down on what I've been up to for the past two years...

June 2003 - We closed on our house and finally moved in with the help of friends and family. Who would've thought moving furniture in Florida during June would be so tiring?

July 2003 - Went to Atlanta for Independence Day weekend (again), ran the Peachtree (again), blew stuff up (again). No, I didn't make Mery climb Stone Mountain on this trip. A good time was had by all.

August 2003 - I took a new position as a "Coordinator of Telecommunications" at UCF, but in reality I eupport the ResNet network in the dorms on campus. Since Housing mandates that at least 85% of the residents must be freshmen, August is usually a rough month for ResNet support.

September 2003 - Ever heard of the MS Blaster virus? A month into the semester and we're finally getting a majority of ResNet users' PCs cleaned up. For the first two weeks of class there were some residence halls that were completely shut down by the flood of virus traffic. What a way to start the academic year. I also found out that installing crown molding can be a real bitch when your walls aren't straight.

October 2003 - Our first halloween in the new house was a dismal failure. Sure, the jack-o-lanterns looked awesome and we had plenty of candy to go around - about 3 bags worth. Then we watched as all the neighborhood kids came out in their costumes, piled into the family SUVs and drove off to the malls to trick-or-treat. We had 3 groups come to our house with about 8 kids total. There were at least 30 kids that left the neighborhood. WTF? Suburbia sucks sometimes.

November 2003 - Our first Thanksgiving in the new house. Mery cooked a big turkey (22 lbs) for the eight people at our dinner. We ate, we drank, we passed out while watching movies and football.

December 2003 - Our first christmas in the new house. We bought a fresh tree that deposited pine needles all over the living room. I strung lights all over the house. It was all very festive. We also bought our first SUV, a Honda C-RV. Now Mery's ready to be a soccer mom.

January 2004 - Happy New Year!

February 2004 - Not much happening here.

March 2004 - Our first anniversary (not in the new house) and we took a road trip to Charleston, SC to celebrate. It's a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. It's a very historic and scenic place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice vacation.

April 2004 - We had our first Home Owners Assocation meeting on April 8th, during which the management company announced the community pool was under construction and would be ready in 6 weeks - just in time for summer!

May 2004 - Happy Birthday to Mery, Brian and Edwin! It's been six weeks and the pool's not finished. Some of the home owners want to hire a lawyer to sue the HOA (which is made up of the home owners). Isn't modern suburbia wonderful?

June 2004 - Not much happened this month. Oh, and the pool's not finished yet.

July 2004 - Went to Atlanta for Independence Day weekend (again), ran the Peachtree (again), blew stuff up (again). No, I didn't make Mery climb Stone Mountain on this trip. Mery had a blister on her big toe after the race that eventually made her toenail fall off completely. She's still bitter about that. Otherwise, a good time was had by all. Oh, and the pool's still not finished.

August 2004 - Central Florida hasn't been hit directly by a hurricane in the past 40 years or so. Hurricane Charley changed that. Here's the photo I took while the storm was approaching. The experience of sitting in a small bathroom while a category 3-4 hurricane blows over your house is not one that I want to repeat. I'm sure glad we're done with that!

September 2004 - We were planning a big Labor Day party at the house, but a second hurricane came through and we were forced to cancel. Hurricane Frances rolled in on Friday and dumped rain on us all the way through Monday. Can you beleive Orlando was hit with two hurricanes in the same season? They were less than a month apart! I'm sure glad that's over. Hopefully it will be another 40 years before another storm hits.

September 2004 (later) - Hurricane Ivan? C'mon, we've already been hit with two hurricanes in the past six weeks! Luckily this one passed by and went into the Panhandle. Take that Jebby!

September 2004 (even later) - Ok, this is just f*cking ridiculous! Hurricane Jeanne?! Are you f*cking kidding me?! It's only been two weeks since Hurricane Frances dumped all over us! WTF?

October 2004 - Whoa, no hurricanes this month! Not only that, out second Halloween in the new house was much better. We had tons of kids come by and take our candy. After a while we decided to sit outside w/ our neighbors drinking beer, enjoying the non-hurricane weather, passing out the candy to the neighborhood kids. This is the way suburbia is supposed to be. Oh, and the aforementioned pool still isn't finished.

November 2004 - Our second Turkey Day at home - the in-laws' new house is still a few months away from completion - something about hurricane delays. Whatever. We also found out that Mery's pregnant. We should be a family of three by mid-July, well on our way to becoming a nuclear family. Oh, and that fully constructed community pool still isn't finished.

December 2004 - Happy B-day to me, I'm 27 now. Christmas was great this year. We finally received notice that the community pool is finished, just in time for the holiday swimming season.

January 2005 - Happy New Year! Mery's pregnancy is going well. We got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time. It was really cool. Does anyone else find it disturbing that I'm going to be some poor kid's father in a few months?

    March 31, 2003

Construction on our house is progressing rather quickly. I've posted my latest photos here.

    March 15, 2003

Mery and I got married. A good time was had by all.

    July 4th weekend, 2002

Mery went to Atlanta with me for my annual Peachtree Pilgrimage. We ran in the Peachtree Road Race, climbed Stone Mountain, went to Zoo Atlanta, and I proposed to her at the top of the Peachtree Plaza. She said "yes". A good time was had by all.

    March 31, 2002

Today I went on my first 'date' with Mery. We walked 8 miles in Blanchard Park, went out to dinner, had Marble Slab, then watched Moulin Rouge. It was a long date, but it seemed to go way too fast. I really like this girl.

    March 30, 2002

Today was Edwin's wedding. I was a groomsman. Everyone went to Pleasure Island after the wedding and reception. I wore Chuck Taylors with my tux. A good time was had by all.

    March 23, 2002

Went to the first Jordan Raddick Film Festival in lovely Metro West Orlando. I met Mery, watched some movies, drank too much rum and Mountain Dew, went to Krispy Kreme and generally enjoyed the whole day. A good time was had by all.

    March 16, 2002

Went to Edwin's Bachelor Party. A good time was had by all. Details will -NOT- be disclosed.

    February 4, 2002

Good news! I made it to Colorado and back without breaking any legs, arms, or other appendages! The ski trip was really great. I went from "falling on my ass" to Johnny Mosely in just three days. The only major problem was that just as I was feeling confident in my ability to cruise down the slopes, we had to pack up and head back to Sunny Florida. I was bummed. That's ok though. If we had stayed any longer I might have never come back. Beckenridge has got to be one of the coolest places I've ever seen.

    Pictures are available here:
    http://ucf.edu/~tchristo/skitrip

Other than the ski trip, not much has happened lately. Edwin's SuperBowl party was a huge success. A good time was had by all, even though Bill Jr started rambling about CIA/Mafia conspiracies in the game after polishing off nearly an entire case of Natural Ice. Trust me, it was frightening.

    January 24, 2002
Well it's been a while since I've made an update here. Surprise of surprises. A few things have happened since the last update.

I finally graduated from UCF. I am officially a full college graduate. It seems weird. Oddly enough, I got my dimploma and the Apocalypse didn't come. Like I said, it's weird. I did hear that Hell's dropped a few degrees though...

I'm pondering the musical genius of Goldfinger covering 99 Luftballoons as I write this.

Speaking of music, I did manage to catch the last two stops on U2's elevation tour last month. I was really impressed with both shows. The Tampa show was awesome. I had never really seen U2 in concert in a decent venue with decent seats. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Then there was the Miami show the next night... Well, Miami made Tampa look like a lame rehearsal. I was really disappointed when the concert ended and it was time to go home. Now I just have to wait until the next tour. (Luckily Krystel managed to get a pretty good recording, so I can listen to the show anytime I want now.)

I didn't realize just how long it's been since I've updated this thing. The holidays came and went. Another successful EHS alumni rugby game was held at Thanksgiving - no injuries this year. I got to see Trish, Fly and Eva at Christams (always a good thing). New Year's was spent with Edwin and Michelle and a few others, watching and waiting for Ed to either set himself on fire or blow himself up during his fireworks show. Unfortunately we ran out of high explosives before that could happen. Maybe next year...

That's pretty much all that's happened in the last couple months. Aside from some hardcore programming assignments, useless presetations, and meaningless tests I had to push through to graduate, it's been really quiet. I've mostly been trying to stay healthy for more than a week or two at a time as I've dealt with the occasional cold, flu, and bronchitis. If things don't improve I'll have to start looking for a lung donor.

I guess that's it for now. In less than 36 hours I'll be on a plane headed for Breckenridge, CO. I've never been skiing in my life, haven't seen snow in over 12 years, and hope I don't come back with a broken leg or a busted ass. Well, I guess one of those is inevitable as a first-timer.

    November 7, 2001
Amazingly enough, I actually followed through with my plans! I have updated the color scheme for the main page, and a couple of the lower pages as well. Plus I've started work on a title bar scheme to make the page look a little better, and I'm improving some of the navigation between pages. Hopefully this will make the pages easier to read and make for an overall better experience.

Meanwhile, I finally saw the fake Star Wars Ep. II trailer yesterday. It does look pretty cool at first, but then you realize how totally fake it is, and that just ruins it. There's a copy of it posted on AdCritic.

    November 3, 2001
I have come to a decision. It is time once again to redesign the layout of my site. I'm going to change the arrangement of the pages so that things will be simpler, and different topics will be split up more logically. Yep, I'm definitely going to change teh way this place looks. Soon. But not right now. I'm in slack-mode right now.

However, I am motivated enough to make an update to the journal tonight.

It's funny to me that it's already November. I've got just over a month until graduation now. Things are starting to get really exciting as I anticipate the end of this long journey.

In other news.... I finally got it! I picked it up last week and I've been exstatic ever since. That's right - I am the proud owner of a new 2002 Acura RSX. This car is absolutely beautiful - black on the outside, ebony leather on the inside, power everything, perfect 16-inch rims, climate control, sequential sport shift, cool red gauges, smooth bucket seats that wrap all around your body to hold your ass firmly in place as I go zipping around corners, etc. But best of all - it has a power moonroof! And this is the best time to have a moonroof too. Fall/Winter in Florida is great for driving around with the windows down and enjoying the fresh air. I love this car. Hopefully I'll get motivated soon and I'll get some pictures of it posted on the site.

Speaking of pictures, my Dad pulled some kind of miracle and managed to get us copies of our rafting picture from Labor Day weekend this year. Naturally I scanned it and posted it here. That's Michelle on the left, Jim and Ken on the right. The little guy at the bottom is a hitch-hiker we picked up along the way. I'm the guy in the center who looks like he just got a shot of ice-cold water straight up his shorts. :)

Ok, time to wrap it up... I went to see Monsters Inc. last night. It was very good. I highly recommend you see it, if for no other reason than to check out the amazing quality of Sully's computer generated fur. We also saw the appropriately named teaser trailer for Star Wars Ep. II. I think George Lucas would make an excellent drug dealer. "The first one's free... then you have to pay for the rest." Why does May have to be such a long way off? I need my fix!

That's all I have time for this week. If you need me, I'll be in my car...

    October 12, 2001
    TWO MONTHS UNTIL GRADUATION!!!!!

Looks like I'm going for a new record this time. A few more days and I would've neglected this page for a full three months! Much has happened since my last update, so this one will probably be quite lengthy. (Probably? Yeah, right. Grab a Snickers - you're not going anywhere for a while.)

Since our last installment, I have successfully completed the Summer from Hell. Five classes finished and I managed to pull it all off with only two C's! Luckily the 15 hours I took have set me up to easily finish in December.

This semester I'm only taking three classes, and two out of the three are pretty much a waste of my time. Systems Implemetation sounded like it would be good, but it's focusing 90% on planning and estimation and management buzzwords, and only 10% on the actual programming project. If I have to write one more Gantt chart I'm going to seriously injure somebody! Then there's the Strategic Management course that's required for graduating seniors. This one is another complete waste of time. They merge all of the majors back together so that everyone on your team can add different skills and talents. Luckily we screwed their system and formed a team entirely from MIS majors. Of course, we had to name our team "Strategery" just for added fun. That class will be mostly over after next week, and then I can be happy again. The last class I'm taking is C++ for business majors. This one is actually useful, but I can't devote enought of my time to it right now. I'll have to work on that in the next few weeks. Anyway, I'll end this rant now.

So my brother finally got married last weekend. That was quite a little adventure. I was coerced into being a groomsman for the wedding. It wasn;t all bad. But since my other brother was the best man, and he's from Atlanta, I was left to plan out the bachelor party. As it turns out, most of the groomsmen are either poor, or extrememly religious, which meant the traditional activities were out. That was ok though, because we still had a great time getting really really drunk at various Orlando bars. It seemed like we all had a great time that night, but Saturday morning was pretty rough. Luckily the wedding wasn't until 5pm, so we had plenty of time to recover.

The wedding went pretty well. Everyone showed up on time, and no problems came up while we were there. Pete finally realized that as the best man there were certain duties that he needed to fulfill, such as keeping an eye on the groom, etc. The ceremony was pretty nice, and best of all it was fairly short - I think I heard 35 minutes start to finish. We had the reception at Lee's Lakeside in downtown Orlando, overlooking Lake Eola. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the festivities, including the obligatory YMCA dance.

Later on we decided that since we were all dressed up we needed someplace to go. So, it was off to the downtown bars again for round 2. Of course, since we had the tuxes, we had to visit the Ybor Martini Bar again. Shaken, not stirred. From there it was back to Howl At The Moon to drink some more and do the sing-a-long thing. I got to hang out with one of the bridesmaids while we were at HATM, which was good since she's pretty cool. Hi Lorrie! It was just fun to be out around downtown with a big group in tuxes and gowns, mixed in with all the club people.

I really must admit, as much as I was dreading the whole wedding participation thing, I really did have a good time. It was fun to have family and friends looking at me in a different way since I was one of the groomsmen. I guess it was like I had finally "grown-up" for lack of a better way of describing it. Anyway, it was really great to see all the family and to meet new friends. Dad, you were right.

Alright, time for another subject change. Anyone want to see my new car? Guess what? I do too! I've been waiting on this thing for over a month now, but my dealer tells me it'll definitely be here within a couple weeks. As patient as I am, I really hate waiting. But good things come to those who wait, right? Well, I've waited long enough. I want my RSX now dammit!

Ok, last bit. I have to talk abuot my listening habits before I finish this one. First, I went to see Tori Amos a couple weeks ago. I saw the first show in Clearwater with my good friend Alex, and another show the next night with Krystel. The Clearwater show was simply amazing. It was held at Ruth Eckerd Hall, which is a really nice performing arts center. Tori was, of course, perfect that night. The second show was at the Tupperware Center in Orlando. That one was a bit of a disappointment. It's just a really bad venue. It doesn't matter how great the performance is, it's still tarnished by the horrible setting. I mean Tori was still really great, but it wasn't anywhere close to the quality of the Clearwater show. I still had a really great time at both shows though, and I got to enjoy a really great evening with two of my close friends.

Ok, here's the very last bit, then I'm done. I have to talk abuot my new cd's. It's like a requirement. I recently picked up the new Tori Amos cd (obviously), called Strange LIttle Girls. It's really good. Go buy it. I also grabbed the new Garbage cd when it came out. It's also very good. Go buy it. Seriously. Go. Now. Other recent additions include a Blur compilation cd, new Orbital, and some other thing that I can't remember right now.

Ok, that's it. I'm sick and tired. No, seriously, I have a nasty cough/cold thing happening here, so I really am sick. And it's late, so I'm tired. Good night, and thank you for visiting!

    July 23, 2001
Will my slack-ass nature haunt me forever? Probably. Might as well just deal.

Once again, distractions have taken their toll, and the page remains neglected. I've got a decent excuse this time - 15 hours worth of summer classes would be enough to drive most people insane, especially when juggling it with a "full-time" job. Luckily, the fruits of summer labor have paid off. The fall semester will only be three classes, followed by a joyous graduation ceremony, and soon after - the end of the world as we know it.

Another successful trip to the ever-hip Park Ave CD's has certainly made life much happier. $60 later, I walked out with 7 great cd's to add to the collection:

  • Social Distortion - Social Distortion
  • Pizzicato Five - Made In USA
  • Throwing Muses - Hunkpapa
  • The Lemonheads - The Best of The Lemonheads
  • The Replacements - Pleased To Meet Me
  • Soul Coughing - Irresistible Bliss
  • Nine Inch Nails - Things Falling Apart

This batch should keep me satisfied for about a month or so.

While making my purchase I was parusing the various flyers, stickers, and other assorted media strewn about the counter. I happened to notice a fairly plain looking card that read simply:

    www.
    hoochie
    productions
    .com

    what is it...

Well, naturally it caught my attention as it reminded me of some friends who used to refer to themselves as the Hoochies, and their house, well, The Hoochie House. I figured I should find out what Hoochie Productions is all about. Surprisingly enough, it seems to be a site run by the very same Hoochies! It's a small world after all.

I'm such a slacker. I've been meaning to add something here for the past month. As you can see, I'm just now getting around to doing it - two months between updates is pretty sad.

So what's been taking up all of my time? Let's call it a "pressing need to finish my degree and graduate from UCF" Summer classes are taking up most of my slack time right now - 20 hours per week. 6 hours a day on Mondays and Wednesdays. It's pretty bad. I don't even have time to watch Miami Vice anymore. Sleep deprivation is a terrible thing, especially for slackers. It's ok though, 4 more days of this f*cked up schedule and it will be over for another two months.

I'm also counting down the days to the Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta. Tradition requires that I make a pilgrimage to Atlanta every July 4th to run the race with my father. There's nothing like running through buckhead at 7:30 in the morning on July 4th with 55,000 other psychopaths, listening to live bands along the side of the road, and picking up bagels and donuts from the Publix as you run by. It's a truly amazing and rejuvenating experience.

Another treat from Trish this week....
Ever wonder what your hip-hop name is? Apparently someone was so distraught by this dilemma, that they created a hip-hop name generator and placed it on a web page. My hip-hop name is Tru' Pimp. What's yours?

    April 4, 2001
My brother pointed out to me yesterday that TNN is now showing "Miami Vice" reruns every night. He was impressed by the fact that last night's episode featured a guest appearance by a young Steve Buscemi. I think he overlooked the real importance of the episode though - Willie Nelson guesting as a former Texas ranger. Now that's quality programming!

Meanwhile.... Yesterday's IT Expo at UCF was pretty successful. I collected lots of free goodies from the vendors - pens, frisbees, keychains - basic vendor junk. I did snag a pretty nice camera bag from the Kodak display. That was a real highlight.

I gave a couple presentations on Network Security in the morning. I had a whopping crowd of five in attendance for the morning session. Apparently word travels fast, because the afternoon session was standing room only when nine people showed up.

    March 20, 2001
Well, it's been a few weeks since I've made any updates around here. I guess I haven't been feeling very creative lately. Ok, that's b.s. - I'm just slacking as usual.

The GBV show was an amazing event as usual. It had everything. Beer, rock, beer, crowd surfing, beer, mosh pits, beer, feminists*, beer, naked chicks*, beer, an accordian, beer, crowd surfing, beer, stagediving, beer, lesbians*, beer, etc. It was a pretty good show all around. Did I mention the beer? There were a few times that things got a little weird - mainly when the feminist chick started ranting with the microphone. Luckily she was promptly removed from the stage each time she appeared.

*Please note: I have nothing against feminists, lesbians, or naked chicks. I mean no derogatory offense by any of these terms - they are used solely for editorial entertainment. I would like to apologize in advance to any naked feminist lesbian chicks who may be offended by these terms.

So what else is going on lately? Not a whole lot. I did get a new toy recently.

And I finally get around to using the Mardi Gras passes that Barbara gave me. She's so cool! Of course, going to Universal on a Saturday, during spring break, is just asking for trouble. I did get to go on the new Men In Black ride. It wasn't anything special, but at least I can say I've been on it now. And the best part is that we only had to wait in line for 90 minutes! I think Hanna-Barbera is still my favorite ride there. Yogi's just too cool.

After all that, we snagged some beads from the parade, and watched Blues Traveller do a quick show at the end. I never would've expected crowd surfing for Blues Traveller, but that's what the kida were doing. I think the skull fractures were limited by the smaller size of the crowd. They did manage a pretty impressive cover of "Devil Went Down to Georgia". Good Stuff.

Well, it's time to get some sleep so I can kick ass in the weekly DNS disc golf tourney tomorrow. I can hear China Club calling now - "Here, kitty-kitty..."

    February 28, 2001
    I'm such a slacker.

The GBV show is like, 5 days away, and I still haven't bought my ticket yet. I think part of the problem is that I got "Run Lolo Run" from NetFlix last Friday. That movie is seriously addictive. If you haven't seen it, you're missing out. If you have seen it, then you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Combine that with the fact that I haven't done most of the things I said I would do this week and it's a pretty solid case - I'm a total slacker. It's not all bad though. I'm in a much more relaxed state at the moment. It's good for me.

This week's big question: "To graduate, or not to Graduate...?" After little pondering, and a small amount of research, it appears that I could finish my MIS degree by the end of this year. Until now I was pretty sure it would take me at least until Spring 2002. New evidence suggests that the former may be possible after all.

Ever tried taking four summer classes (3 simultaneously) and working a full-time job?

    Neither have I.

    Can it be done?

    Probably.

Can I maintain a significant portion of my sanity in the process?

Hmm. That's the real challenge. :)

Obviously I would not be a very pleasant person to be around for the first six weeks.

Luckily I don't own any firearms.

Man, I really hate this color scheme.

    February 19, 2001
Matt tells me that Guide By Voices is returning to Orlando in a couple weeks. They'll be doing a show at the Sapphire on March 5, 2001. All the cool kids will be there, rockin out in a drunken haze. I can't wait. :)

Oh, and of course I'm changing the color scheme here. Again. Maybe I'll take some time tonight to update the other pages. Nah, I'll probly just watch some tv and enjoy a few more thin mints. Mmmm, thin mints!

February 18, 2001 (later that day...)
The listening habits have returned! I had to think of a clever catch-phrase for my cd play list. The result? What's that sound? Wedged between the contents and the random links I will now be displaying a list of some of the sounds that are pouring out of the Hi-Fi. I'm sure everyone will be able to rest easy now with the knowledge that I'm rockin' out in style.

Now that that's finished, I think I'm gonna go eat some more thin mints. FYI, the girl scouts are probly pushin their addictive product at a corner store near you, so get some thin mints while they last!

Quote of the day... "I don't kill, and I don't murder, or manufacture atomic weapons! And I don't eat meat. And I don't eat vegetables! No! No! No! Cuz I only eat candy! Oh...oh...oh... I only eat sweets! - Nerf Herder

    February 17-18, 2001
Ha! I've finally done it! The trickle-down is complete! I now have one uniform appearance on all of the pages. It didn't really take that long, and things look a whole lot better now. I discovered that the Higher Learning page has never had any content added to it, so I'm thinking that will be the next task on my agenda.

    In other news...

Napster's still alive, so I'm joining the crowd and getting some mp3's while we still can. I still believe The Man is gonna lose this one in the long run, but for now it's kind of a wait and see situation.

There was this really cool article linked from SlashDot the other day about Nike's new custom gear web site. It's good stuff. It's fun to see the stupid stuff that big corporations will do sometimes to protect their precious "image"..

The psychadelic color changing continued today. I added some links to some of my friends pages, plus some interesting sites I like to visit. Perhaps I'll finally get around to extending the layout changes to my other pages tonight. Then again, I'll probably just wind up watching tv like I usually do. It may sound depressing, but I'm sure I'll feel better after I have a few thin mints. Mmmm, thin mints.

Drastic changes today. I finally managed to pick out a decent, somewhat aesthetically pleasing background color. JOY! I have some new ideas about how to arrange....um, well everything actually. The musical habits table is missing right now, but that's ok since I wasn't really updating it like I said I would. The current look should filter down to the other pages in the next few days.

In other news.... My friend Trish sent me this really funny pic today. Ironically, I picked up my girl scout cookies today. Mmmm, thin mints.

It's been quite a while since I've made any updates here. I'm making a few changes today and hopefully I'll finally come up with a design that I like. (crossing fingers)

Today I've switched out the old background for the new one. People have always said that black backgrounds make the text hard to read, so I decided to leave the dark side. More changes yet to come...

Ok, so I've been toying with the idea of posting my listening habits on this page for quite a while. Turns out I'm not the first one to come up with this idea, so I'm a bit more inclined to try it now. I'm going to play with the format, but from here on there should be a pretty good listing of what's spinning through the 'ole carousel.

I'm still on a high from the 2000 Christmas martini party. This is what happens when all the hip kids throw on some fancy threads and break out the gin. Matt tells me there are already some pics available here.
    Sometime in September...

I have just posted the first pictures from the rafting trip in August. The pics can be found on a new page available here.
    Some months ago....
The new web pages are starting to take some shape. I'm still working out all the content so this thing will continue to evolve over time. I've added the link for my schedule and started to fill in some stuff about my home theatre obsession. Look for more content to be added in the coming days (weeks).
