Marketing
We run a PR blitz with each scientific paper we publish to media
outlets. This is achieved through a mailing list( both home and
e-mail) and medical facilities. We also participate in medical
conferences and trade shows. Once a sales team is established, we will
target specific physicians that match our customer profile. Once the
product is well recognized in the market, we will seek a marketing
campaign with a more established company such as Pfizer.
Distribution
Our product and service has elements of both the manufacturer and
distributor. We are also considering a licensing strategy with
hospitals allowing them to use our procedure and pay royalties. We
will process the material in house and license the technology to
hospitals. A physician would have to prescribe our therapy and the
patient has to qualify and accept it. The doctor is our distributor to
the end-user.
