JSTOR - The Scholarly Journal Archive
JSTOR is an electronic library of back issues of scholarly journals, which includes over thirty important music journals in its holdings. Users should note that access to the most recent issues of most journals is forbidden by "moving firewalls" of two to five years. It is possible to search the collection through the JSTOR search page, but it is often easier to locate citations for items with other search tools and then find the text with the "Browse' function in JSTOR.
