SOME USEFUL FORTRAN 90 and SAS-IML PROGRAMS

DBATCH3.FOR and DINTER3.FOR are programs to calculate critical values for more than 15 multiple comparison procedures. The number of populations and the value of alpha are arbitrary. The programs can also be used to obtain the necessary constants for step-down and step-up procedures. In addition the programs can be used to get the constants required for testing arbitrary sets of hypotheses.

DBATCH3.FOR requires an existing input file QCARB.IN and an existing output file QCARB.out. DINTER3.FOR is the interactive version. DBATCH3.EXE and DINTER3.EXE are compiled versions which should run on any PC with WINDOWS 95 or higher.

QBATCH4.FOR and QINTER4.FOR are previous versions. They do not have the capability of calculating constants necessary for step-up testing and also produce the constants q rather than d. (The constant q is greater than d by a factor of sqrt(2). QBATCH4.SAS and QINTER4.SAS are the SAS-IML versions of QBATCH4.FOR and QINTER4.FOR.

MVI3.FOR is a program for finding the integral of an arbitrary multivariate normal or multivariate-t distribution over a convex region bounded by (hyper)planes. It also requires an existing input file QCALC.IN and an existing output file QCALC.out. MVI3.EXE is a compiled version which should run on any PC with WINDOWS 95 or higher

MVELPS.FORis a program for finding the integral of an arbitrary multivariate normal or multivariate-t distribution over an (hyper)ellipsoid. It requires an existing input file ELIP.IN and an existing output file ELIP.OUT. MVELPS.EXE is a compiled version which should run on any PC with WINDOWS 95 or higher.
