Dr. Shelia Smalley
Dr. Smalley has had a wide variety of educational experiences which include Head Start teacher, classroom teacher K-8, director of a child care center, instructor for the GED program, college faculty member(early childhood, elementary education, and exceptional child education) elementary school principal, anchor and instructional teacher for television and school district program specialist for training and development (State certified trainer for several educational program). Also she served as a facilitator in the introduction of School Improvement via the State Department of Education. Presently, she is a faculty member in the Exceptional Education department of the University of Central Florida, College of Education.
