The point system has been stablished by our Eboard as a means to fairly distribute the funding we can allocate this year towards our NTCC conference. The more you participate and get involved with your fellow SHPEos, the more opportunities for funding you will have. The total number of point, as well as the ammount of the funding will be determined once the time for the conference comes. You do not need to be present at all events to be awarded points, but with your participation either before or after, including planning, your iniciative and help will be considered.
The system is as follows:
Fundraising / Community activities: 100 points.
Meetings / Workshops: 75 poins.
Socials: 25 points.
People with 60% or more of the
total points awarded, will have priority funding.
People with 30%-60% of the total points awarded, will
have regular funding.
People with 30% or lessof the total points awarded, will have limited funding.
To become a member of SHPE- UCF, you must first complete the registration form.
The registration fees are $20.00 for the year covering both the National and Chapter dues. With this you will be part of our organization and you will receive the SHPE National Magazine and the opportunity to network with incredible people from all over.
