We have a very exciting year planned ahead of us with many events YOU can BENEFIT from:

FIRST GENERAL MEETING

- Our first meeting is Thursday, September 7 at 7:15pm in Engineering II Room 102
- Wear you SHPE shirt on the day of the meeting and receive extra SHPE points!
- To be able to sign up for conference and/or the xerox scholarship, pay your $20 member dues and bring in your SHPE application to the meeting. You can download it from the members section.
- Free pizza, giveaways, and lots of great information!
- BOWLING SOCIAL AFTER!!!

Xerox Scholarship

- Xerox Scholarships are to be postmarked by Friday, September 8!
- Make sure to apply!! Your chances are great!

Eastern Technical Career Conference 2006

- October 26-29
- Great way to attend workshops, compete, and get internships!
- You will only be signed up to go if you have paid your $20 member dues and turned in a SHPE application (attached) for this year.

AFTERCOLLEGE JOB RESOURCE

As a new service to our members, we have joined the AfterCollege Job Resource Program, to bring new job and internship opportunities. Feel free to register (free) in order to receive help in job leads, postings, resume building, etc... To get started, go here.

If you would like to contact somebody from the e-board or drop your application, please send us a message to when you could meet at the office, or what you need help with.
