Teacher Enrichment Workshop
Teachers are a vital part of Shakespeare Alive ! This day is for you. Using the study guide as a basis, we'll explore "In the Mind's Eye" activities and brainstorm about successful classroom strategies. Teachers will perform, direct and be directed by senior members of the acting company. Let the creative artist in you come out to play!

In the Schools
The heart of Shakespeare Alive ! brings professional theatre artists into the classroom with a variety of performance exercises in addition to those presented in the study guide. The residency will be 45 to 90 minutes, tailored to fit your classroom schedule. The topics focus on language, imagery and themes present in Julius Caesar.

In Performance Live Adventure
This full-scale production, magnificently staged and costumed, is the high quality theatrical experience you expect from the internationally acclaimmed Orlando-UCF Shakespeare Festival. In response to popular demand, performances will be at Cypress Creek and Lake Eola. Teachers may select the venue they prefer. Performances begin at 10:15 a.m. with a brief pre-show discussion and concludes in approximately two hours with a post-show discussion. Cast members will actively participate in both discussions with the student audiences.

Student Discounts
Students with a valid I.D. card qualify for special half-price tickets to selected Festival performances on the day of the performance, subject to availability. Beginning one hour prior to show time pay half price for available seats. Seating will be determined by OSF. Limit 2 tickets per I.D., cash only. Not valid with any other discounts.
