Temporary Password:
Enter the temporary password that was sent in the email you received.
Username:
Choose your unique Username. It will be through this ID that you logon in the future.
Password:
Choose a password for your account, it will permanently replace the temporary password given in the email.
Retype Password:
Reenter your password to insure that it is correct.
