Florida State Archives includes the Florida Photographic Collection and Florida Confederate Pension Application Files
Florida Biography Index (State Library of Florida) contains references to biographical information on notable Floridians in the books, periodicals, vertical files, newspapers and maps of the State Library's Florida Collection. Some of the resources indexed are rare, but many are current periodicals that might be found locally.
American Memory (Library of Congress)
Uchronia: The Alternate History List is an annotated bibliography of novels, stories, essays and other material involving the "what ifs" of history. One of the most common themes in alternate history is "What if the Confederacy won the Civil War?"
