Research Interests

I have been working for almost 20 years in the area of discrete mathematics known as graph theory, one of the fastest growing fields of mathematics. Some of my recent work has studied two special properties of graphs known as bandwidth and domination number. The mathematics department offers three courses on this subject. Some additional information can be found here about Combinatorics and Graph Theory I and Combinatorics and Graph Theory II.
