Hello everyone. After spending considerable time in the hospitality industry with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Landcom Hotel Mgmt. Co., Calpac Hotel Mgmt. Co., Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Coakley & Williams Hotel Mgmt. Co. and Forbes Hamilton Hotel Mgmt. Co., I have now changed to a full-time role in academia. While currently pursuing a doctoral degree in educational leadership here at the University of Central Florida, I am simultaneously serving as an assistant professor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. My areas of interest include lodging management, marketing, incentive travel, recreation, and sales.
Having taught as an adjunct professor for over 10 years within several hospitality and tourism programs, I may be able to assist you with your questions regarding not only course information, but also resume preparation, interviewing techniques and general hospitality industry information.
