There are a number of factors which determine how law schools might be comparatively ranked. Here are a few sites to help you sort that out.

 

·       US News and World Report’s Graduate Schools edition ranks US law schools annually. All American law schools are ranked and listed here along with links to the college sites for further information.

 

·       Princeton Review – This site provides a number of rankings including Toughest to Get Into, Best Classroom Experience, Professors Rock (Legally Speaking), Most Competitive Students, Best Career Prospects, Most Conservative, Most Liberal, Best Environment for Minority Students, Most Diverse Faculty, Best Quality of Life, Most Welcoming of Older Students

 

·       Top Law Schools Rankings provides a combination of the US News rankings and the Gourman Report along with the GPA and LSAT score ranges the schools use.

 

·       Employment and Law - The University of Illinois at Champagne-Urbana (UICU) offers a comprehensive site including law school rankings based upon employment rates at graduation and median salaries.

 

·       Philosophy and Law – The Philosophical Gourmet site provides a list of schools which specialize in curricula including the teaching of philosophy. An abbreviated list of joint JD/Ph.D. programs is offered.
