Preliminary Module

The purpose of this activity is to ensure that students

• have read the syllabus
• are familiar with the schedule
• have considered the materials on time commitment and studying required
• understand the basic operating rules of the course set forth in the Covenant

The first step in this activity is to read the various links on the course Directory

THEN, you are to go to the ecommunity site and complete the Getting Started activity. Your current email is essential to participation in the course and your biographical information will help the members of the learning community get to know each other a bit better.

FINALLY, you should go to the webct site, go to the Quizzes link and take the Preliminary Module Quiz. The quiz will serve as confirmation that you have read and understand the requirements of this course. There will be 20 multiple choice questions. You must get all 20 right. You will have as many chances to complete the quiz as you need.

You will received 10 points participation credit when you complete the quiz.

You must complete the quiz in order to gain access to Closed Book Exam I.
