1. Form :
A. All reflection papers should
begin with a Title page which
includes the following:

A block of information centered in the middle of the
page which provides
i. The number of the reflection paper. Check your schedule
to be sure
of the right number.
ii.
A title. You may create your own title or use the author’s
iii.
The material reflected upon (e.g.,
Sister
Moon video; Kipling, White
Man's Burden)
·
At the bottom right corner, create a second block of
information providing
i. Your name
ii.
The class (e.g., HUM 2230, Humanistic
Traditions II)
iii.
The date submitted

B. All papers should follow class ground rules
regarding submission form.
2. Content:
A. All
Reflection Papers should address the questions in essay style, don’t just
answer
questions.
B.
The primary way students lose points is to fail to fully explain their ideas.
Err
on the side of telling your reader too much, presuming s/he knows
little about
your subject matter and thus your need to fully explain your
points.
C.
Failure to cite materials
used in the papers constitutes plagiarism.

E. SUBMISSION AND
GRADING:
Your
papers are due as noted on your schedule unless instructed otherwise and
will be submitted primarily via the WebCT
assignment function unless
instructed
otherwise. Late papers will be accepted up to 48 hours after the
due
date with one letter grade taken off. Papers will not be accepted after the
cut-off date.
