first MSW Student Association meeting for the Spring 2006 semester was held on
January 18, 2006 at 7pm in Classroom Bldg 1, room 113. For those who could not

South Africa supply

- Collection of school supplies for children in need in South
Africa
- Donation drop off boxes located in HPA1 and Education building

- Collecting toiletries and personal hygiene items

Hurricane Katrina disaster relief
- Dr. Maiden is currently trying to put together a spring break
trip to help victims of Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi. All of the details
have not been finalized at this time, but he may be looking for 20 to 30
students who will be able to travel to the Gulf Coast area. More details will be
provided as information becomes available***
