Board members finalized details of the picnic event that will be held on the 28th of March in turkey lake park. During this meeting, board members agreed to distribute fliers in specific locations in Orlando, bring food and numerous games into the picnic event.

Board members also agreed to change the design of the web site. The design as well as the where moral web site will be hosted will be discussed during next board meeting.
