Task: |
This time as your jump land on two feet - keep your hands up
in the air overhead. Now try the jump bringing your arms from your legs up as you takeoff. Try again. This time reach behind you and swing your arms up as you takeoff. |

Task: |
Run and jump. Take off from one (or two feet) and land on two feet. See how high you can jump. |
