                                           Our Goal

To promote the development of minority students through educational, professional, and networking opportunities to foster diversity, higher education, and minority development in the community.

Where did the idea come from?

The idea of forming this organization came from the fact that a great number of college students are in their major and think they know what they want to do but do not have a clear guidance: a mentor, internship experience, or the right contacts, to help them make the correct career choice after graduation.

What will I get out of it?

Through this association we hope to be able to "partner" with businesses and professionals in the community to obtain networking opportunities for students whether it will be by hosting professional events, volunteering at events, by creating a mentoring program and promoting internships.

                                            How can I join?

Student membership is limited to any minority student who is currently paying Activity and Service Fees and is enrolled at the University of Central Florida. Affiliate membership is limited to UCF faculty, staff, alumni, and Central Florida Research Park employees. Interested candidates must apply.
