- Download and print evaluation ratings from Filemaker Pro and Scheduler
(must use Netscape Navigator)
- Download and print comments from FMPro and Scheduler
- Download averages for all consultants from FMPro
- Elise fills in most sections of appraisal
- A good comment to start discussion of their evaluation/comments is:
"5 people commented that you listened well."
- All answers from wcons are excellent answers.
- The purpose of the appraisal is to give them an opportunity to look
carefully at their practice.
- Take notes of their suggestions for making the UWC operate more smoothly.
