Performance Appraisals

• Gather report on work done for seminars
• Gather report on how many times they logged in to Wtalk
• Download and print evaluation ratings from Filemaker Pro and Scheduler (must use Netscape Navigator)
• Download and print comments from FMPro and Scheduler
• Download averages for all consultants from FMPro
• Elise fills in most sections of appraisal
• A good comment to start discussion of their evaluation/comments is: "5 people commented that you listened well."
• All answers from wcons are excellent answers.
• The purpose of the appraisal is to give them an opportunity to look carefully at their practice.
• Take notes of their suggestions for making the UWC operate more smoothly.
