Download Student Evaluations from Filemaker Pro

Go to fileserver (fs-111)
Open UWC Databases and open the folder that you need.
Copy the database that you need onto your desktop or zip
Open this file with Filemaker Pro
Password is "administration"
In Open dialog box click on "hosts"
The student evaluations database needs to be open on Beth's computer
click on student evaluations
Next screen is a database record
The student evaluation screen is minimized so close the RoC screen and maximize from left-hand corner the Student Evaluation screen
Mode
Find
Type name of consultant in "Consultant Name" box
Click "find" on the left-hand side
- A consultant's records may extend before the date that you want to average them.
- browse through the records (click on the rolodex cards or move the lever next to the rolodex cards for a more extended browse)
- Find the record number that begins the semester that you want (e.g. 1/18/00 might be record number 73)
- Browse back to the first record
- Select
- Omit multiple
- Enter one less than the number of the first record that you want (e.g. the first record desired is #74. Omit 73 records)
- Only the records for the present semester will show
Above rolodex icon on left-hand side click on "average for one consultant"
File
Print
In Print Dialog box choose "print pages 1 to 1" (not "all pages") or else the program will print 65 pages.
In Print drop-down menu at the top choose "Records Being Browsed"

Above rolodex icon click on "Layout #1"
Go back to above rolodex icon and click on "Averages for All Consultants"
Print
In Print Dialog box choose "print pages 1 to 1" (not "all pages") or else the program will print 65 pages.

Type name of consultant in "Consultant Name" box
Click "find" on the left-hand side
Above Rolodex icon click on "Comments"
Print
In Print Dialog box choose "all pages" or else the program will print only the first page of comments.
