What I Do:

I supervise UCF's Computer Operations team, and keep our Data Centers and Server Hosting areas operational and environmentally controlled. I also supervise the Test Scoring area. I am also a Unix (Solaris) System Admin. for an academic computer server.

Other things I do:

I have been on the Advisory Committee for the UCF Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning (FCTL) since 1997. I am also an Associate Member of the Free Software Foundation.

I have been working at UCF since May, 1988 and I have a B.S. degree in Computer Science from UCF (1986). By the way, my husband also works at UCF in Computer Services.

Hobbies:

I enjoy baking and cooking, shopping, photography, art shows, traveling to San Francisco, CA, Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, Ft. Collins, CO and Wyoming. I also enjoy watching critters (especially owls, hawks, raccoons, deer) in their natural habitats. I love all forms of nature, sitting and watching ships in the San Francisco, CA bay area, college football and ice hockey.
