2002 Region 5 Competition |
On October 17-20, 2002, Delta Zeta Omega (ΔΖΩ) sent 19 members to represent UCF and our chapter in the Region 5 Competition in Tallahassee, Florida. This competition consisted of Testing in 5 criminal Justice Areas (Criminal Law, Corrections, Juvenile Justice, Police Administration and ΛΑΕ History). The Competition also included a Crime Scene Investigation, Physical Agility Testing and Firearms Competition. After a strong recruiting drive, we had the horsepower to give FSU a run for their money in their own house no less. ΔΖΩ won 18 awards total including 6 First Place, 5 Second Place, and 7 Third Place awards.
