ΛΑΕ 2002 Date Auction

On February 19, 2002 ΔΖΩ held a date auction to raise money for the Amy Kuritar-Lohrmann Memorial Scholarship. The auction was a success as we raised over $500 dollars for the scholarship fund.

We would like to thank everyone who attended, helped out, and especially the members who put themselves up for auction to support this cause.

A memorial speech about Amy Kuritar-Lohrmann was given by her co-workers from the Seminole County Probation Office Jim Riley and Chris Sharp.  Details of the Memorial Scholarship were explained by Dr. Ross Wolf.

The event planners Angie Monk and Emily Goettelman explain how the auction will proceed and explain about the silent auction for gift certificates for local businesses.  On the right, Angie Monk is our Auctioneer for the night.

Our thanks go out to our escorts for the evening, Babe Buccino on the left and Alia Wedermeyer on the right.

Below are pictures of the auction, including photos of the auctionees.
