Despite Complaints, Messages Continue December, 2000 - Winter Springs, FL Kelvin and Wendy Thompson remain undeterred. However, friends and family members have continued throughout the year to assail them with complaints. Some of these friends and family report that the Thompsons' outgoing answering machine messages are too lengthy. Others complain that the messages either change too frequently or not frequently enough.
