Wendy Turns 30, Goes to the "Dog" September, 2000 - Winter Springs, FL On September 16, Wendy Thompson surprisingly turned 30. Her family was totally taken off guard by this turn of events, but no more so than when her birthday party was a real dog. Specifically, the dog's name was Scooby-Doo! Wendy was taken on a scavenger hunt of sorts by her husband which ended at their house. Waiting there were a number of family and friends who threw a Scooby-Doo themed party for Wendy. Scooby-Doo gifts, a Scooby-Doo cake, and even some partygoers dressed as Scooby-Doo characters helped make the celebration one to remember for Wendy.
