As October ends, some major television networks begin to play all 20 Halloween movies and every Jason sequel ever produced. Over time, these movies just do not seem to be scary anymore.

"The lack of plot and tactless gore of Freddy Got Fingered nauseated me. Those are two hours of my life I can't get back. And for that, I am bitter."

-Lisa O'Kane

An argument is that these horror flicks often come off leaving a bad taste. The Ninth Gate and Bride of Chucky did have their moments in comparison to major blockbusters. It was the way they made the credits roll at the end of the show.

Then again, there is nothing scarier than a bad movie.

Instead of the old Halloween tradition of watching poorly produced horror films, rent a movie that was not intended to be scary, but still have your stomach turn in disgust.

A list of the worst movies ever made was compiled from a survey of avid moviegoers. The movies listed actually sickened some people to the point of asking themselves “why and how?”

The repetitions of scenes lead to a feeling of annoyance. When trick or treaters come knocking on the door, don’t pause the movie because not a single thing will be missed.

Although some people might be amused with the thought of Leonardo Di Caprio on a unknown island, the video game scene was unnecessary.

  • All movies with Corey Feldman and Corey HaimThe only exception is The Goonies. They were still young enough where obviously other people made decisions for them.
