Sample University of Central Florida Housing Contract

The purpose of a Housing Contract is to establish a mutual understanding between the student and the University with regard to residing in University Housing. A Contract, when issued for the Fall OR Spring Semester is effective and binding from the date of receipt by the University of Central Florida UNTIL THE END OF THE SPRING SEMESTER.

This Contract, when used for the Summer Semester, serves as a one semester Contract for the Summer Semester only. Off-campus housing listings are available in the Housing Office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing a Contract, the student (and the parent or guardian when applicable) agrees to respect and adhere to all policies and procedures pertaining to University of Central Florida Housing as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, The Golden Rule, and any other applicable University publications.
