Can-Struction:

Get excited because Canstruction is coming to UCF! Canstruction is a competition where teams of students compete to design and build structures completely out of food boxes and cans. All cans from the competition are donated to Orlando's local Second Harvest food bank. The competition will take place on April 1, 2008 in Memory mall.
