Terry Leach:

Terry is currently pursuing the major, technical communication and a minor in political science at the University of Central Florida. She received an Associate in Arts from the University of South Florida, where she studied professional-technical writing before transferring to Orlando. Terry chose to study technical communication as a diversified area of knowledge that would benefit her when in law school. She will receive her Bachelor of Arts degree December 2009 and enter into a law program the following Fall.

 

Dana Hratko:

Dana Hratko is a senior at the University of Central Florida and looks forward to assuming the role of Vice President of FTC.  She is studying Technical Communication with minors in Legal Studies and Psychology.  Throughout her college experience Dana has held internships with Bright House Networks and the UCF/Lockheed Martin College Work Experience Program.  She hopes to use her degree to help others and aspires to go into, Teach for America, after she graduates.  Aside from school Dana enjoys singing, kayaking, and traveling.

 

Aaimee Maestre:

My name is Aaimee Maestre, and I am the Secretary for FTC this year. I am a
Technical Communications Major. I am a senior and cannot wait to graduate in May 2010. I have been with FTC &STC for almost a year. I attended this year’s STC Summit and look forward to next May's Summit. I try to relax by reading books that are not assigned to me and writing poetry. I am a proud mommy of two boys 8 & 6. I work for UCF Affiliated Housing at Pegasus Landing and I am currently interning with them for this semester. When I graduate from UCF, I am moving to Valdez, Alaska and attending Concord Law School. I want to practice Corporate Law.

 

 

 

 

 

Tanisha Gabriel:

Tanisha Gabriel majors in Creative Writing and minors in Technical Communication. Her interests include writing, traveling, and accomplishing goals. She has created documents for authors, an on-line magazine, business executives, and companies. She enjoys how document creation gives her ways to interview fascinating people and communicate with others through writing. Tanisha is currently the Treasurer of the Future Technical Communicator and believes FTC is a great way for students to learn more about themselves and technology.

Patricia Cruz:

Patricia Cruz is a Technical Communications junior at University of Central Florida. She has been an active member of FTC since her sophomore year. She hopes to graduate in Spring of 2011 and eventually work as an editor for a publishing house in New York.

 

Saul Pacheco:

Saul Pacheco is a Technical Communications senior at the Univeristy of Central Florida. He has been a member of FTC since his junior year. He currently works as a sports writer for SportPageMagazine.com and has covered 2008-09 UCF Men's Basketball, the Champs Sports Bowl, the Capital One Bowl, and the Magic Jack St. Pete Bowl. He will be covering UCF Football for the 2009 season. He has been a teacher's assistant at the Barbara Ying Center at UCF where he learned to work with students from all over the world teaching English as a foreign language.
