Menu: You have your choice of salmon with raspberry sauce, sautéed chicken with peppers, mushrooms, and cheese with mustard sauce, or filet mignon with cognac sauce. Each entrée includes a salad and dessert.

Our trip to the winery is scheduled for Saturday, November 9, 2002. If you would like to meet us there, we are planning to be there around 1:30. If you don't have a car, or just plain don't want to drive, we will organize a car pool to meet at school at a specified time (T.B.A.).
The plan for the day is to eat a picnic lunch together upon arrival. Bring your own sandwiches and drinks. French club will provide chips, fruit, dessert…and whatever else we can think of to supply. After lunch we will take the tour of the winery, taste some wine, and buy some souvenirs.
