Hello! My name is Dr. Robert Everett. I'm an Associate Professor of Science Education at the University of Central Florida in the Department of Teaching and Learning Principles. I primarily teach SCE 3310 - Teaching Science in the Elementary School. I also teach various graduate courses, observe student interns, do service to area public schools, present at conferences, conduct research, and work on grants. My hobbies include composing and performing songs, which I use in my teaching, and taking care of my five cats; Panther, Odo, Kira, Kes, and Dax.

Speaking of music, my progressive rock past has finally caught up with me. Mellow Records in Italy reissued on CD an album I was a part of thirty years ago, The Third Estate - Years Before The Wine. VOID Records released a vinyl copy a year later and has recently released a 30th Anniversary Edition. In 2008, Lion Productions released a double CD of Years before the Wine plus a bonus disc of Agonistes material. The music can best be described as a balance between psychedelic, progressive, folk, and rock.
