The Florida Equity Reports combine three requirements into one document produced annually by June 30.
The Florida Educational Equity Act report examines undergraduate and graduate enrollment and completion, by race and by gender. It includes details on intercollegiate athletics participation by gender, as well as representation of coaches and athletics administrators. There is a section reporting on outreach to and partnerships in the K-12 educational community, representing the K-20 educational system of Florida.
Selected employment categories are analyzed for the Equity Accountability Program, and improvements in their representation are reported in the Update. Improvements for the following year are presented in the EAP Plan.
Each university is offered an opportunity to reward units which have successfully attracted a diverse faculty. The Provost's Diversity Enhancement Program is utilized at UCF to meet the statutory requirements of the Budgetary Enhancement Plan. A report of successes and plans for the following year are incorporated.
