On a Personal Note

 This page is designed for my current, past, and future English Education majors. I have tried to locate as much information for you concerning all aspects of teaching Language Arts as possible.  Hopefully I have helped ease the transition for you.

 If you encounter any problems, please e-mail me at dbeasley@pegasus.cc.ucf.edu and let me know the specifics. If you have trouble accessing my home page by typing in the URL, go to Yahoo and type in "Dee Beasley" and it will find it for you. I update this page several times throughout the semester, so you may want to keep it as a favorite place or a bookmark to make it easier to find. If you locate a page you think would be of interest to other teachers, please send the URL to me and I'd be happy to post it.

 For my past students, please drop me a line and let me know how things are going. If you have a job I'd like to know where you are. If you need a job, let me know that too. We have calls from Principals all the time who are looking for great teachers, and I'd be happy to pass your name along, but I can't if I don't know you are looking.

Along that note... during the semester of your Senior Internship, it is important for you to let me know when you will be looking for a job. Please give me a copy of your resume, and note whether you want to teach High School or Middle School. Then, when Principals call, I have a list of people to recommend.
