Justice Fred Lewis and Richard Black (on behalf of Harris Rosen)	Harris Rosen for the Justice R. Fred Lewis Award for Public Service presented to a citizen who has modeled exemplary leadership in social responsibility, character in education at the state level; and has earned the respect of students, educators and the community.
Betty Marler and Dr. Shannon Ray	Betty Marler for the CSRCE Leadership in Social Responsibility Award presented to a school-based educator who has modeled exemplary leadership in social responsibility and character in education; has participated in the development or implementation of a school-based program related to social responsibility and character in education; and has demonstrated that s/he has made an impact on students and others in the school community.
Shareen Baptiste and Dr. Shannon Ray	Shareen Baptiste for the Grover C. Greer, Jr. Award for Youth Leadership and Social Responsibliity presented to a student who has modeled high moral standards and exemplary behavior in social responsibility and character in education; has participated in school-based or community programs reflecting social responsibility and character in education; and has demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and service in the school community.
