Philosophy of Counselor Education Program
The Counselor Education program emphasizes a holistic approach to counseling. Counseling is a profession comprised of individuals who manifest an attitude that all people are unique. Counseling assists these individuals to understand themselves, make the most of their own qualities and make their own unique contributions to a multicultural society.
Counselors are proactive "agents of change."
