Dubois opened the meeting at 10:15 am and distributed a status report.
Morse asked about billing, how willit work? Dubois said it is built into invoicing as part of the production package. He also described animations and transitions which will give the video a professional look. Miniscalco suggested putting logo name in bottom left of the screen because TV channels use bottom right for their logos.
Dubois said direct contact for production shooting is working well. Mike Pope is handling the arranements. There were some scheduling problems at Seminole. Jacques said a cellular phone would be helpful to avoid these problems.
The case studies are being drafted by Tammy Ham, Jacques' assistant and they are being forwarded to Bill Bozeman and Pat Ius for editing The case studies may then come back to Tammy Ham for incorporation into Pagemaker. Then they could be exported to ASCII for uploading on the homepage. There are about 40 case studies. Dubois said the production team would get stills (JPEG'S) for case studies on the homepage.
The next meeting will be May 1st at 1:00 pm in room 100 of the UCF Research Pavillion. A VCR will be needed.
