Having problems? FAQ's
What is the best browser for viewing these web pages?
These pages were made to be viewed in Internet Explorer 6. If you do not have IE 6, you can download it for free by going to Microsoft.com.
When the page opens, it seems to be too big for my screen. Is there anything I can do to make the webpage smaller?
This problem can be fixed by changing your monitor settings to a higher resolution. To do this go to your "Control Panel" and choose "Display." Click on the "Settings" tab and choose a setting that is 800 x 600 pixels or higher. A setting of 1024 x 768 is really the best.
I can view the web page, but I can't see anything in the left frame. How do I fix that?
The left frame is for navigation through the site. If you can't see the menu you will not be able to get around the site. The menus on this page were made with Macromedia Flash. If you do not have the Flash Player installed on your computer, you will not be able to see the menus. You can download the Flash Player for free by clicking on the button below:
I am able to view the quizzes, but how am I supposed to know if I have the right answers or not?
The answers should pop up when you click on one of the radio buttons. Each button gives feedback whether your answers are correct or not. If these answers do not pop up it might be because you do not have java enabled or you are running a pop-up blocker that prevents the new window from opening. If you have a pop-up blocker turn it off while you are working on these pages. If that is not the case, change your Security Settings in Internet Explorer. This can be done by clicking on "Tools" and then "Internet Options." Choose the "Security" tab. Change the security settings to "Medium" and apply the new settings.
