Computer Lab Consultant, Academic Computer Support UCF (Jan 1999 - present)

Assisted students with the Novell login on NT workstation machines.  Assisted students with the login process and use of various other on campus systems (web-ct, Polaris, Pegasus, etc...).  Assisted in the deployment of software upgrades/patches.  Performed minor printer maintenance and repair.  Also provided support for students and faculty with MS Office (97/2000), Netscape, e-mail, dial-up networking, Unix, Macintosh, Telnet, Ftp, and other programs. 

Technical Director, Knightcast.org UCF (May 2001 - present)
Processed, configured, and networked, donated computers in the Knightcast office.  Installed configured and maintained the computer operating systems (NT/2000/linux) and software for both desktops and servers (file, web, etc…).  Wrote up documentation and procedures on how to use the computers.
